Refund policy

At Somos Jewelers we believe that you should love every piece of fine jewelry that you own. That is why we offer the following policies in case you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase.

- Articles in original condition, accompanied by a receipt that ships within 1-5 days, may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Articles in original condition, accompanied by a receipt that ships within 6-15 days may be exchanged within 30 days.

- No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days.

- Any items that have been altered (crown change, sizing, stone setting, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged.

- No refunds or exchanges will be made on special order items.
